We structure our on-camera program across three levels to help actors build confidence, refine technique, and develop strong on-screen performances.
Introductory: Foundations of On-Camera Work
This class helps actors build a strong foundation in on-camera work while reinforcing the creative tools they develop in Berg’s acting classes. In this class, you explore the fundamentals of film and television performance, including audition technique, scene analysis, emotional truth, and how your work translates to the camera and the set.
In a supportive, structured environment, you apply your process to the practical demands of working on camera—building confidence, specificity, and grounded, truthful performances.
Intermediate: Developing On-Camera Technique
This class supports actors who already have a strong foundation and want to refine their process, deepen their work, and bring more consistency to their on-camera performances. You build on the creative work developed in Berg’s acting classes and come prepared to take risks and fully engage in the work.
This class focuses on imaginative and specific performances tailored for film and television, helping you translate strong preparation into professional on-camera work.
Advanced – Advanced On-Camera Work
This class challenges actors with a strong technical and creative foundation to push their work further. You work with advanced audition material and scene analysis, refining your instincts, choices, and ability to adapt your work to the nuances of the camera.
Through detailed, actionable feedback, you build consistency, emotional depth, and professionalism—strengthening your ability to deliver compelling work in auditions and on set.
